Custom-printed items can't be returned unless they are faulty. Because every piece is made to your design, the usual 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply to personalised goods.

Faulty or misprinted items

Tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll reprint or refund the affected items.

Blank items

Unprinted blanks can be returned unworn within 14 days for a refund, minus delivery.
